Understanding self-talk is to understand that who we are, what we are and where we are in our lives today is the by-product of our self-talk. How do you talk to yourself?
SELF TALK 2
How’s work? How’s your job? Do you look forward to the start of the week, or the end of the week? How do you talk to yourself about the stresses of work? Self-talk is responsible for how you
feel about your job/career and also is responsible for your performance. Master your self-talk and you master every day of your life.
SELF TALK 3
How’s your lifestyle? Overweight? Stressed out? Never enough hours in the day? Relationship strained? Career on a plateau?

SIMULATION – THE SYNTHETIC EXPERIENCE

without”. When you know how to simulate, you know how to win. We’re not talking about sport; we’re talking about “life”. Simulation is supported by self-discipline. This session opens the

ATTITUDE-THE STEERING WHEEL OF LIFE

BELIEF vs. FAITH
Now here’s a stimulating session. As human beings we crave to believe in “something”, or develop a “faith”. Is there a difference? For aborigines it may be the witch-doctor, for millions of
Christians it’s “God”, for children it’s Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, for the sick it’s the doctor, the poor it’s destiny, the rich it’s fortune. Truth be known, the mind has a “belief
system”, developed from birth and usually left to roam wildly and wrongly. Find out how to cultivate your beliefs, change your beliefs, master your beliefs…for in the end; “you are what you
believe”.
TEAM BUILDING
Not to be confused with “teamwork”, we have several teambuilding exercises encompassing half day and full day sessions. These sessions are full of fun and excitement and provide a different
challenge for each participant which in turn demonstrates the qualities of “building” a team when tackling a common purpose. All team building exercises are conducted “outdoor” – and are
safe and well constructed programs which do not rely on fitness or sport ability. A wonderful program for corporations to gather their personnel together for a joint learning and meaningful
